Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for deposits and payments.

The Inn at Buena Vista is a beautiful property in a small mountain community.  Every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. Making a reservation with us is very different than making a reservation in a hotel in a major city or other destination, so it is very important to understand this policy when making reservations.

PLEASE CONSIDER YOUR RESERVATION AS FINAL WHEN IT IS MADE. A 50% deposit of your entire stay is taken at the time the reservation is made.  One-night stays, when available, require payment in full.

Fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival, your credit card will be charged the balance of your stay. (21 days during winter holiday periods.)

We will confirm your reservation by Email if you have reserved online.  We will mail or FAX confirmation of your reservation upon request.

There is a minimum $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date (21 days during winter holiday periods) are subject to full forfeiture of deposit. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance.
 
In the event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14 ) days notice (21 days during winter holiday periods), shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

Rates and policies are subject to change and may vary during high impact periods and for weddings and special requests.  We appreciate your business and look forward to welcoming you to our Inn and our community.

Children and Teens:
Teens are welcome at the Inn at all times. Children are welcome at the Inn if you rent the entire Inn. If you will need a portable crib, please plan to bring it. We are limited to ten guests for sleeping accommodations and the restriction of two people per room with the addition of two portable cribs will be applied. So ten adults/teens and two children in portable cribs will bring the total to twelve. Please do not ask us to bend the rules. They are established by the Town of Buena Vista in our permit to operate.

Pets:
The Inn does not accommodate pets. We would be happy to refer you to nearby pet hostels.
