Deposit and Cancellation Policies:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for deposits and payments.
The Inn at Buena Vista is a beautiful property in a small mountain community. Every reservation made is both important and special to us. Making a reservation with us is very different than making a reservation in a hotel in a major city or other destination, so it is very important to understand this policy when making your wedding reservations.
PLEASE CONSIDER YOUR RESERVATION AS FINAL WHEN IT IS MADE. A 50% deposit of your contract is taken at the time the contract is signed.
Six months prior to your arrival, another 35% of your contract will be due.
Cancellations within six (6) months of the arrival date are subject to full forfeiture of both payments. Please understand that we have turned away other brides and events for your date and may not be able to fill the time period again with another event or wedding since planning is extended and we will already have invested time and effort to make your day the signature event that you have requested.
In the event that you must cancel with less than three (3) months notice, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
Rates and policies are subject to change and may vary during high impact periods and for special requests. We appreciate your business and look forward to welcoming you to our Inn and our community.
Children:
The Inn accepts teens at all times. Children are welcome when you rent the inn.
Pets:
The Inn does not accommodate pets. We would be happy to refer you to nearby pet hostels.
